Las Vegas-Clark County Library District Offering Incentives To ‘GetCarded’
If you don’t have a library card in Clark County, now is a great time to get one.
September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month. And the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is giving residents a new reason to get a library card. For the entire month of September, signing up for a new library card could land you some awesome prizes. When you get a new card, you’ll have a chance to win tickets to see our Stanley Cup Champions the Vegas Golden Knights. Or one of hundreds of “#GetCarded with the Vegas Golden Knights” T-shirts. Currently library card holders will also be entered into the raffle drawings.
To get a new library card, all you have to do is find a branch closest to you from this list, and pick out your new card. To have a chance to win in the raffle, enter the prize giveaway online at TheLibraryDistrict.org/GetCardedGiveaway by Sept. 30, 2023. The library district will select winners in a random drawing in October.
The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District gives residents a lot more than just books to check out. Like access to hands-free technology, free homework help, language skills help and job training. Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is also home to art galleries and live performances. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District announces FREE Wi-Fi.
