Being constipated can definitely ruin someone's day. So when you are, you want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Try mooing like a cow, it could help it move along quicker.

What's That Feeling? Oh No!

We've all had it happen to us. You start to get stomach cramps or your stomach is very upset. Why? You're constipated. The back up could lead to horrible pains and if not taken care of, it could lead to worse situations that can land you in the hospital.

To relieve the situation, you take over the counter medications. Sometimes it works really quickly and sometimes they don't work. So you turn to other options. But at one point, all those different options together makes it worse if they don't work. Well, here's something you can do that costs you no money and may be effective.

I Have To Do What?

Dr. Karan Raj, a doctor and also online influencer, says you can avoid the constipated feeling and the straining while in the bathroom by blowing bubbles, pretending to blowing candles out, or even mooing like a cow.

According to a Yahoo article, Dr Raj says, "If you're struggling with constipation and straining, then this one pooping hack that actually works."

If you're wondering how it works, he says that its the act of controlling the exhalation phase of your breathing. Consistently doing so activates your vagus nerve.

Once you've relieved your constipation, they say you can help prevent it from happening again by doing activities like going for a run or a walk. That will help you go to the bathroom. Also changing your eating habits can help.

If you're having serious problems though and your trying these different options, but its not helping, it's advised that you seek help from your doctor. If it's really bad, call 911 or got to your nearest emergency room. But if it's not serious and you're looking for a quick way to help relieve your constipation, start mooing.

Toilet Paper Might Be One Of Best Christmas Gifts Of All Time

Tis the season - to shop! It's holiday shopping season, so the age old question, once again: What do you buy for someone who has EVERYTHING?

We always try to think big, or unique. Well, why not think practical! Get them something practical that you know they'll use. It might not be sexy, and it might be downright boring - but I guarantee they will love it!

Years ago a friend of mine had a secret Santa/white elephant holiday party. You know how it works - everybody brings a gift and everybody leaves with a different gift. A lot of people go for the small packages or boxes - perhaps because of the old adage "big things come in small packages." My friend went for the huge, poorly wrapped package. She said it was one of the best gifts EVER - 48 rolls of toilet paper!!

Everyone thought it was hilarious, but she said "I've never come close to getting secret Santa gift as amazing and practical as that, and I have no idea why nobody tried to take it from me - unless they somehow knew I'd physically fight them over it, because I would have!"

There are things we need that sometimes we don't just don't want to buy - necessities, and "have to buys" are just no fun. We always need them, so maybe it's just nicer if someone else buys them for us once in a while, right? Saves us a little money, time, and yes - they're practical!

People online are talking about the most UNDERRATED Christmas gifts they've received, and would like themselves, and there's a lot of practical, useful stuff on it.

Here are some great - yet still very unique - gift ideas. Maybe try one at your secret Santa. And definitely make sure you pick the awkward looking gift!
