Australian Woman Makes Hundreds Of Dollars ‘Hot Bedding’
We all could use a little extra cash every month right? While some of us work a full-time job and look for a side job to make ends meet, others do things like investing, gambling, or other ways to make extra dough. But this one Australian woman isn’t breaking a sweat at all and making hundreds of extra dollars a month.
“Hot Bedding” Is Simple And Lucrative If You Don’t Mind Sharing A Small Space
Monique Jeremiah is from Queensland, Australia. Monique does something she calls “Hot Bedding” to make extra money monthly, according to the Daily Mail.
What is hot bedding? Hot bedding is when you rent out the unoccupied part of your bed to a stranger. Yes, that means you’re sleeping in the same bed as a stranger.
She’s an entrepreneur turned Aussie reality TV star. She wanted extra income and always wanted to own her own company. Monique used the extra money she makes hot bedding to start her modelling agency that she calls “Diversity Models.” Her company provides services for mature-aged models to find gigs, businesses, etc. But it was hard for her to start her business because of the rise of costs, according to UNILAD.
It’s A Lucrative Side Hustle
Monique makes about $600 a month renting out the other half of her mattress that she sleeps in. The other half has been empty since she split with her ex. She told UNILAD “Hot bedding is excellent for people who are able to detach emotionally and sleep next to another person in a completely respectful and non-strings-attached manner.”
Monique found herself single after COVID hit, and she found that things were spiraling out of control. She needed extra income to make things work out, so she created hot bedding to supplement the income.
Is this something you’d do as a side job or hustle? Could you share your bed with a total stranger?
