Great Covers Of Rolling Stones Songs
This morning the iconic drummer for the Stones, Charlie Watts, passed away in a London hospital. This man was a legend, with a career that spanned back decades. He brought his roots in rhythm and blues to the Stones catalog and helped create an era of amazing music.
The Stones music is so iconic, its some of the most fun covers for musicians of all ages and genres to perform. Here are a few of my lesser-known favorites.
The groove on this is just so sweet with that Cajon. It’s impossible not to move to this one.
Having a dinner party? Add this sweet instrumental to your playlist.
A room full of guys who look like they should be playing sand volleyball, and then BAM. Crazy talented musicians.
And for a more rocking (and a lot of girl power) version of Paint It Black, here you go.
And while there are too many great covers to count of Wild Horses, this one just goes to show even the youngest musicians relate to the Stones music.

Such good music that will stand the test of time, across all walks of life and styles of music. Thank you, Charlie Watts, for helping create so much magic and inspiring generations of artists. RIP.
