It wasn’t specified in the study whether tips were considered as part of salary in the data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The study by the analysts at Career.io also determined what the second highest-paying job in each state was compared to the national average. Based on the data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Loan Officers make more money in Nevada compared to the national average. Another industry booming in the state as construction becomes more prevalent and more loans are needed by consumers.
