Wendy Rush, our afternoon personality, used to impersonate various influential women on the Las Vegas Strip for the “Dealertainers”. Cher was one of her favorite idols to impersonate. Cher has had some iconic fashion moments like her 1989, “If I Could Turn Back Time” look. Wendy recreated this look to perfection.
