Las Vegas Apartments Have Tenants Boiling Mad And Boiling Water
Las Vegas apartment complex tenants at The Tides on Wynn are boiling mad, and boiling water. That’s because many of them have gone months without any hot water for cooking, bathing, and cleaning.
Residents Of The Tides On Wynn Apartments Have Good Reason To Be Angry
Just about everyone knows the excitement and anticipation of moving into a new apartment or house. It’s like you’re starting fresh. Everything feels clean and new.
I’m sure that’s how many tenants of The Tides on Wynn apartment complex felt when they moved into their new residences. But now, that excitement and fresh, new, clean feeling has been replaced by feelings of anger and frustration.
According to an article by George Acosta on News3LV.com, these residents have good reason to be angry. That’s because many of them have gone weeks and even months without any hot water.
These angry tenants of The Tides on Wynn have left phone messages, sent emails, written letters, and issued verbal complaints to personnel in the main office of this apartment complex.
Unfortunately, they’ve all been given the run-around by the management of The Tides on Wynn. It’s a terrible situation for these tenants, and they’re very frustrated.
In fact, some of them have withheld their rent payments to try and get FPI Management to respond in earnest. I really don’t blame them. Per Acosta’s article, some are now threatening legal action.
So, many of these tenants have had to resort to boiling water on their stoves in order to take a hot bath or clean dishes. In this day and age, that’s just unacceptable.
The Tides On Wynn Apartments Look Nice So Why Anger Their Tenants?
It’s a question for which a good answer has yet to be provided by FPI Management or their representatives at The Tides on Wynn apartments.
I checked out the website for this complex, which is located at 8600 South Wynn Road between Twain Avenue and Viking Road in the Spring Valley area.
The Tides on Wynn offers some nice amenities for residents. There are three pools, six laundry rooms, free Wi-Fi in common areas, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting, and a play area for the kids.
However, one of the “perks” they boast on the website is “on-site management.” Really? What good is on-site management if they cannot respond in a timely manner to tenants’ valid complaints?
According to the News3LV.com report, their efforts to contact FPI Management or their corporate offices have gone unanswered. That sounds like a familiar response to the tenants of The Tides on Wynn apartments.
