Could The Date Of Halloween Change Forever?

There’s a petition going around to change the date of Halloween! Already sporting over 150,000 signatures, people are petitioning to change Halloween to the last Saturday in October. While it kind of makes sense for kids and grown-ups alike to make this holiday on the weekend, wouldn’t it be weird to not celebrate it on the 31st? On the other hand, a weekend does mean kids can stay up later, and we adults can throw better costume parties.
Oooh, and if it DOES get changed, can we have like a MEGA Halloween when the last Saturday of the month does fall on the 31st?
