Ohio Teens Arrested For Dine And Dashing At Buffalo Wild Wings
Dine and dashing is more common than you think. The sad part about it is the waiter or waitress ends up having to pay the bill. Ohio teenagers thought they would get away with chowing down on some wings and fries, then skipping out on the bill.
Kayla Sherman was the waitress at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Willoughby, Ohio. Three teenagers came in and ordered food to go. The total bill for the three of them, $115! When the food was ready, they handed it to them and the teens ran. The manager of location ran out and chased the teens and tried to get their license plate. The female driver of the vehicle knocked the manager with the car, causing him to fall on the hood of the vehicle. They then took off with the manager holding on to the hood of the BMW.
The teens were yelling at the the manager “I have a gun in the vehicle.” while throwing stuff at him from the sunroof of the BMW. Another employee tried to grab the door of the car and was dragged. He eventually let go.
Dash cam footage from the police show Sherman, hanging on to the hood while the teens drove in the parking lot. It got worse when the driver approached a busy intersection and then drove at speeds over 60 mph! Sherman was able to get off the hood of the car when the teens slowed down on a side street.
Police eventually caught the teens when they got stuck in a snow mound. The 16-year-old driver and her two friends who are both 17-years-old were arrested and charged with felony charges.
