Meet Harry, Sammy & Sweet Clementine!
Here are this week’s adoptable fur babies from Hearts Alive Village.
HARRY
Harry is a 4-year-old gorgeous kitty! His family could no longer provide a good home for this boy so he’s looking for a new one. He is very timid as he adjusts to living in the Cat Cottage. He will accept ear scratches and is slowly coming out of his hidey-hole for more attention. Harry is willing to share his new home with other cats. Visit him at Hearts Alive’s Adoption Center – 1750 S. Rainbow Blvd # 4.
SAMMY
Sammy is a 9-year-old Chihuahua. His momma had to go into assisted living and now he’s looking for a new family. He’s quite the couch potato and loves to cuddle. He doesn’t mind other dogs and is currently in a foster home with other pups. He’s not timid, loves walks, meeting new friends, and treats. To meet Sammy, please fill out an app on Hearts Alive’s website: www.heartsalivevillage.org.
CLEMENTINE
My name is Clementine and while I’m having a blast in my foster home, I’m still waiting for my forever family to come find me. Is it you? A little bit about my history… it’s a bit of a doozy. I was brought to the shelter after I’d had so many babies, I couldn’t have anymore. I didn’t do it on purpose! I know the importance of spay and neuter. Even worse, because I wasn’t spayed at an early age, I developed these ouchies called mammary tumors. When the nice people at Hearts Alive Village got me, they rushed me over to the dog doc. I’ve had those tumors removed. I’ve even had this experimental treatment that made me feel very tired, but it helped make me healthy, so it’s okay. I lived at the Adoption Center for a little while which was nice. I got cuddles from EVERYONE! Except other dogs. I don’t like other dogs. Then, I went to live with my awesome foster family. They say that I’m very sweet, I never bark, I’m potty trained, and that I sleep most of the time. They are not wrong. I do love my sleep. Now, it’s time to find that family who will love me, snuggle me, and call me their very own. Since I don’t have a cell phone (I can’t dial with my paws), the humans suggest filling out an app on the website so you can meet me.
heartsalivevillage.orgĀ The first 6 years of my life have been very difficult, but I’m looking towards the future!
