Aerosmith Getting Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Aerosmith is finally being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The band’s star ceremony is set to take place on February 14 at 11:30 AM PST/2:30 PM EST in front of the Musicians Institute on Hollywood Boulevard.
The ceremony will air live on WalkOfFame.com.
Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said in a statement, “ Finally! We have been waiting a long time to honor Aerosmith with their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Aerosmith is one of the greatest rock bands in the world and we expect many fans will be ‘Crazy’ excited to see them honored!”
Martinez also shared via Twitter that Aerosmith was selected to be part of the Walk of Fame Class of 2000. I guess it really is a case of better nearly two decades late than never.
