Montana Becomes First State To Ban TikTok

Govenor Greg Gianforte, of Montana signed a Senate Bill into law yesterday to ban TikTok in the state of Montana. TikTok will be not allowed to be used within their states boarders.

For now, you’re still ok to use the social app on your devices, but starting January  1st, 2024, the ban will go into effect!

Gianforte said he signed the bill to “protect Montana’s person, private, and sensitive data” from being collected by China.

The TikTok app already has a ban on federal government and state devices. The bill signed will further it to personal devices next year.

TikTok will fight this, but if the law does go into effect, Montana’s Department of Justice will be allowed to collect fines up to $10,000 for each violation and additional $10,000 for every day the violation continues.

This is all done because TikTok is owned by a Chinese company and they don collect large amounts of data from their users.

Is Naked Bike Riding A New Celebrity Thing

It was a story that broke maybe last week or so, but it seems naked bike riding is a new celebrity thing! But is that what you want to see? It all started when The Mike & Carla Morning Show started talking about Peloton and their recall. Once that story hit, it was on to talking about celebrities riding their bikes naked!

One listener thought we were talking about actor Chris Noth on “Sex In The City”. Evidently there was a little confusion since Noth, after being killed off on the show, appeared in a Peloton commercial. Not the same thing really as riding your bike naked!

However, Carla Rea had a flashback and remembered the name Jason Momoa! During a recent interview, hoping on this mountain bike naked, riding around his new gym. Showing off his biking skills and a few other assets, the former “Game of Thrones” star had no problem cycling around for the cameras!

But is that what you really want to do? Hop on the bicycle naked and ride around for the whole world to see? According to Carla, not even Momoa riding up to her door would interest her to do the same!

Although she was quick to point out that it’s much more difficult for a guy to ride in the nude than a woman. It just doesn’t seem healthy or hygienically good for anyone concerned. You would think that after once on the seat, you’d have to get a new one right?

On the other hand, there are quite a few celebs that love riding their bikes. Luckily, they do it with their clothes on! Any chance you might have, The M&C Morning Show promote healthy bike riding habits. Although the weather tends to encourage people to ride with the least amount of clothing, please keep it on!
