“Stranger Things” Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Coming To Walmart
Fans of “Stranger Things” can now feel that more closer to the Netflix series. There’s all sorts of “Stranger Things” items out there to please fans of the franchise. From toys, clothing, and more, fans can get their fix of “Stranger Things in many forms. Now, there’s another delicious way to enjoy watching the series!
Flavor’s Galore
If you’re a fan of “Stranger Things”, especially season three, then you’re in for a nice cold and refreshing treat! They’ve created “Stranger Things” ice cream that’s inspired by Scoops Ahoy, the ice cream spot introduced in season three of the series. It’s the spot that both Steve and Robin worked together at.
Walmart is the exclusive partner to bring the ice cream to you. There are six total flavors to choose from. U.S.S. Butterscotch, Triple Decker Extravaganza, Chocolate, Chocolate Pudding, Cinnamon Bun-Bytes, Mint Flare, and Pineapple Upside Down.
People got the exclusive tasting of the new cold and refreshing flavors. They said “…while some were polarizing, others were a real standout.”
The Upside Down Flavors
The reviews and likes for the flavors catering to the Upside Down had mix reviews, according to the article. One member of the staff said the Pineapple Upside Down flavor would be much better if you added rum to it. The Mint Flare was a favorite amongst most.
One flavor that no one was a big fan of was The Void, which has activated charcoal in it. It was a big turn off for the staff.
The overall favorite flavor of the six was the U.S.S. Butterscotch because it was sweet and the caramel added was just the right amount. The other favorite was the Chocolate Pudding flavor. Most of the staff agreed on these being the two favorites.
