Flight Club Las Vegas Is A Truly Unique Kind Of Social Experience
Flight Club Las Vegas is bringing a new kind of sport to Sin City: Darts. Or rather, this new social club is bringing an old kind of sport back, but in a new, modern way. And it’s a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Details About Flight Club Las Vegas
The club is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Resort. And every inch of the venue fits the bill for such a high profile place. Not only does it offer a lot to look at, but it also gives a bit of tradition and nostalgia in every visit.
With ornate decorations, leather furniture and elegant drapery, patrons will think they just stepped into a British pub. And that’s no accident. The club’s website says that the vibrant design shows off Flight Club’s heritage. And is “reminiscent of British pubs and fairgrounds with a modern twist” (flightclubdartsusa.com).
And there’s a lot of heritage in this company to showcase. There are already five established locations across the country. And two more coming beyond the one in Vegas.
According to the Flight Club website, the venue encompasses 16,000 square feet. With 20 semi-private oches to play darts. The dart boards are trimmed in oak and recessed into the wall surrounded by molded paneling. Another nod to the traditional British architecture.
The walls are clad with floral wallpaper, brown molding on the wainscoting, and a collection of grandfather clocks. Old fashioned ornate picture frames and mirrors grace the hallway. In the middle of the L-shaped floorplan, there is a huge carousel bar. In a room that has floor-to-ceiling windows. The view overlooking the Wynn Las Vegas and Fashion Show Mall. Another bar in a separate room offers deep teal wingback tufted leather bar stools with brass nail trim.
For larger groups, patrons can opt for the banquette-seating. Counter-height leather bar benches that sit beneath gold chandeliers with a dozen fabric lamp shades. The same type you see on the sconces on the wall. This larger seating is perfect for a night out with friends.
Menu Food Options
Even the menu at Flight Club Las Vegas promotes a social environment. All their food items are shareable. They have sliders, skewers, flatbread pizza, mini tacos and more.
Beyond the appetizers and flatbread pizzas, Flight Club Las Vegas also has three desserts to choose from. Including the Chef’s flavor choice of cotton candy. Further lending itself to the old British fairgrounds atmosphere.
Craft cocktails are also on the Flight Club menu for patrons. Specialty cocktails include The Lynx, with gin, lavender and lemon tonic. The Butterfly, that is made with citrus vodka, orange blossom and honey. The Iguana boasts a blend of Jamaican rum, hibiscus liqueur and gingerbread rooibos tea. And there are at least five other intriguing craft libations to choose from.
For those who like their liquor more independent, Flight Club Las Vegas has an extensive menu of beers, seltzers, wines, liqueurs, gins, vodkas, whiskeys, and more.
Flight Club Las Vegas Open Seven Days A Week
Whether you stop by for their reverse happy hour (Mondays, 9 p.m. to midnight) or their Lunch Break (daily 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.) or somewhere in between, there’s never a bad time. Flight Club Las Vegas is open seven days a week at 11:30 a.m. They close at midnight Sunday through Thursday. And at 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Reservations are available for groups up to 12. Even kids 12 and older can join in on the fun (accompanied by an adult), but only until 5 p.m. After that, it’s adults only.
And the price is more than reasonable. Just $20 Per Person for 90 Minutes of Play. Flight Club Las Vegas would also be a great place for large gatherings. They have semi-private rooms for parties and corporate events.
I always have tourist friends asking me what cool places to check out in the Las Vegas. Flight Club will be one of the next places I take them to.
