Spy Ninjas Las Vegas is a new family fun center that’s actually great even for those without kids. Officially called Spy Ninjas HQ, the theme parked is located on the corner of Sahara and Buffalo. My family got to check out the place at their recent grand opening. And we found over 100 reasons to go back.

Origin Of Spy Ninjas Las Vegas

Spy Ninjas HQ was created by Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint. They are a married influencer couple who gained fame on YouTube with their hit series, Spy Ninjas. Most of their videos have gotten at least 1 million views. With this video from Clay’s page getting over 4 million views from his over 14 millions subscribers.

Quaint’s YouTube page has 11.7 million subscribers to date. She also posts Spy Ninja videos, encouraging viewers to help her solve various crimes. This video, posted three months ago, has gotten over 5.5 million views to date.

The Grand Opening Of Spy Ninjas HQ

With such a large following on YouTube, the next obvious step for Clay and Quaint was to create a real, live-action ninja course for their fans. And they certainly delivered with this theme park. Spy Ninjas HQ held their grand opening on Saturday, March 9, 2024 in Las Vegas. And my family was fortunate enough to be there.

Our first impression was “wow, this place is bigger than it seems from the outside.” Upon entering, visitors walk directly underneath the Sky Rail zipline and Sky Trail aerial obstacle course. So you’re immediately in the middle of the action.

The family (Chris, Z and I) approached the desk and got some sweet Sky Ninja grip socks. A must for many of the areas in Spy Ninjas HQ. We then headed straight up the stairs to get fitted for our harnesses.

Areas For Ages 8 And Up

• The Sky Trail

  The first thing we did after we got our harnesses on was check out the Sky Trail. This thing is high! There are two levels to choose from. Z and I are both afraid of heights, which we were promptly reminded of when we got on the suspended bridge. So we chose to do most of our ninja course on the lower of the two choices.

  Poor Z struggled on the suspension bridge. Participants are completely safe since they are attached to a full body harness. But it's hard to tell your brain that when you're several feet off the ground. But little Z pushed through and got through the whole course.

  The suspension bridge wasn't quite as difficult for me as it was for Z, since I take bigger steps. There are some obstacles that give you ropes to hold on to. But the really scary ones don't have any ropes, so you just have to hop from one step to the next and trust your harness to do its job.

  The Sky Rail zipline was my favorite part! Honestly, a lot easier than the Sky Trail. Partially because it goes much more quickly. I love how it zooms over the entire arcade area. I would totally do this again.

• Trampoline Zone

  After the zipline, we headed over to the Trampoline Zone. So many things to do here. Z loved doing flips on the large trampolines. There are two for people to take turns on. But only one person on at a time!

• Dodgeball In The Trampoline Zone

  The larger area of the Trampoline Zone has a clock timer and various soft throwing balls. It's kind of like dodge ball but while bouncing on trampolines! It's actually harder than I thought it would be. I got a couple of good shots in but Chris prevailed in the end.
• Wendy’s Down!

  I'm down! Chris got me with a double ball combo. But I got back up and got a good shot in before ultimately giving Chris the title of victor. You don't have to play dodgeball in this room. You can also throw the balls at the targets on the wall.

• Jousting In The Foam Pit

  The foam pit was next. Obviously, I couldn't let Chris win at both trampoline dodge ball and foam pit jousting. We played three rounds. He lost the first two.

  Chris did manage to knock me down in the third round. But with the two out of three wins, I claimed my victory in the joust. The foam pit was, by far, my favorite area of Spy Ninjas.

  Not only does the foam pit have jousting, but there's also the spinning wheel. We had so much fun trying to knock each other off the wheel by throwing foam cubes at each other. Z did really well getting to the other side of the wheel before Chris and I knocked her off.

  Chris did really well too running across the spinning wheel. In spite of Z and I trying our hardest to knock him off with the foam blocks.

• Sky Gauntlet Jump

  Next was the high jump. Don't let this camera angle fool you. This seems a lot higher when you're at the top. I did it once and that was enough. Chris and Z each did it twice. So fun! The trick is not landing on your feet! Sorry, cats.
• Command Center Escape Room

  Next, we hit up the escape rooms. They have three! The first escape room we did was the Command Center. Where Chad and Vy asked us to help solve the puzzle and save everyone. The best thing about this escape room is that it's only 30 minutes, so you can get back to the action outside. Plus, kids eight and older can do it. Z loved it!

• Prison Break Escape Room

  We had so much fun at the first escape room that we immediately booked another. This one was the Prison Break. We had to crack codes to get out of jail. The best part is that this is a two-story escape room. I've never done that before! I also loved that they used a radio as one of the clues. ;)

• Ninja Tag!

  This room is so fun and a great way to wear out the kiddos. It's a room to play tag in. But instead of just running around the ground, you have all these awesome jungle gyms to run through to get away from your opponent. We definitely got our workout in here!
• Climbing Walls

  If climbing walls is your thing, there's a whole room dedicated to it. Lots of walls and structures to climb on. And this is a great ninja training area because there are traps to make the climb extra challenging. Look out for the spinning holds!

Sky Gauntlet

Also available for people eight and older is the Sky Gauntlet. It’s a huge series of rope tunnels you can climb through. And it’s up above everything, so your ninja skills will definitely be challenged.

Areas For Ages 12 And Up

Since Z is eight, we didn’t spend any time in the areas she couldn’t go. But Spy Ninjas Las Vegas would be a ton of fun for date night or to go to with a group of friends. Because they have a handful of areas only open to 12 and up.

Axe Throwing and Fruit Slicing

The axe throwing area is one such place. I’m so bummed we didn’t get to check this out because it looks like a lot of fun! You can join up to three of your friends at the same time. And you can choose to throw axes at targets or, even better, ninjas stars! And this isn’t a typical target practice game. The targets move!

Next to the axe throwing is a rage room. This is where you get to slice up airborne fruit with a katana. Or choose from an arsenal of ninja weapons. Don’t wear your nice clothes because this gets pretty messy even with the apron they give you. And bring your phone because they provide a stand for you to film all the action.

Virtual Reality

There’s also a virtual reality room in the back corner upstairs. This is where you put on the VR goggles and join your friends to slay some zombies. Or you can choose the outer space or pirate adventures. The Ghost Patrol adventure looks like a lot of spooky fun!

Areas Open To The Whole Family

If you have little littles, you can still have a lot of fun with the family. There’s a “Mini Ninja” area for kids aged two to seven, with a place for the parents to hang out and watch the littles. There’s also a huge arcade area with a ton of games to choose from.

Incognito Cafe

There’s even a cafe at Sky Ninjas HQ. Incognito Cafe offers burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches, desserts and more. It’s smart to have a place for people to fuel up in between Ninja tasks! We didn’t try it though because we were too busy having fun!

100 Great Reasons To Visit Spy Ninjas Las Vegas

Bottom line, there are over 100 great reasons to take your family down to Spy Ninjas HQ in Las Vegas. Because they have over 100 attractions there, and something for every age group.

And there are even a few places only for adults. Including the Sky Lounge. Where you can order drinks while watching all the action that goes on down below. Or you can drink while playing arcade games at the Retro Barcade. So Spy Ninjas would be great for date night too.

Spy Ninjas HQ also does birthday parties and other events. They are located at 7980 W Sahara Avenue. Open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Closed Tuesday.
