Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas Planning Awesome Specials For Oktoberfest 2024
Everyone knows that Germany is a fun place to be on Oktoberfest. But if you can’t celebrate at the original Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the place to go. And this year, they’re bringing back all the fun for Oktoberfest 2024.
Have you been to a friend’s wedding and it was so much fun that you didn’t want the party to end? That’s how Oktoberfest started. The first one was in 1810 when citizens celebrated the marriage of Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen in Bavaria. Whoever their wedding planner was really nailed it because the party-goers asked for the celebration to continue every year. And thus Oktoberfest was born.
How Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas does Oktoberfest
Usually Oktoberfest goes for two weeks, but this is Vegas. We use any excuse to extend the party as long as possible. Oktoberfest 2024 is no exception, starting on September 13 and going all the way until October 31, 2024. And this year is going to be extra fun because it’s also the 20th birthday of Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas. So grab your lederhosen and get ready to party!
Every Friday and Saturday night during the Oktoberfest 2024 celebration, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will feature a different celebrity guest who will tap the famous keg and start the party. In Munich, it’s the mayor who taps the first keg to start the Oktoberfest season. Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas follows that tradition by having Mayor Carolyn Goodman be the first keg-tapper on Friday, September 13.
After that, there will be a new celebrity guest every Friday and Saturday. Here’s who you can see during Oktoberfest 2024:
- Friday, Sept. 13: Mayor Carolyn Goodman
- Saturday, Sept. 14: Motown, funk, and pop group These Guys Worldwide
- Friday, Sept. 20: The ladies from FANTASY, the sexy production at Luxor Hotel & Casino
- Saturday, Sept. 21: Westgate Resort & Casino headliner magician Jen Kramer
- Friday, Sept. 27: World-famous male revue show Chippendales from Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino

- Friday, Oct. 25: Mercedes Martinez from KLAS-TV’s Las Vegas Now, whose keg tapping will serve as a special benefit for the Las Vegas Metro Police Foundation’s K9 Section
- Saturday, Oct. 26: Ladies from sexy revues across The Strip, X Burlesque, X Country, and X Rocks
Beyond the celebrity keg-tappers, there will be tons of other special events throughout Oktoberfest 2024. Including stein-holding contests and bar games. As well as live music from The Biermeister Band, taking the stage nightly from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
There will also be nightly food specials during Oktoberfest 2024. And guests can pair any of these dishes with the famous Oktoberfestbier. The same brew found at the Hofbrauhaus in Munich and imported from the same batches made for the original Oktoberfest celebration. So it’s just like being there!

And since it’s also the 20th anniversary of the Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, the specials don’t end there. Guests can also enjoy the soup of the day, the savory homemade Gulaschsuppe (Goulash soup) every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Oktoberfest 2024. Additionally, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will continue to offer a different featured schnitzel for $20 on the 20th of each month, as well as the specialty anniversary cocktail, “Prost to 20!,” Made with Kinky Punch, grenadine, Starry, and pineapple juice.
Like the original location, Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas has large, open family-style seating where guests are sat together and encouraged to mingle. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations during Oktoberfest 2024 are highly encouraged, especially for large groups.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is as close as you’ll get to the original Oktoberfest without actually being there. It’s truly not just a meal. It’s an experience. Prost!
