New Early Birds Restaurant Putting Twist On Las Vegas Breakfast
The highly anticipated Early Birds restaurant has finally opened their doors in the southwest part of town. And they’re offering an awesome twist on your traditional Las Vegas breakfast. With one-of-a-kind dishes and cocktails that locals are already raving about.
About Early Birds Restaurant In Las Vegas
They’re technically called “Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot“. Probably because they want to make it very clear what they do best. Breakfast. But also brunch and lunch foods. And many with twists you’ve never seen before. They just opened on April 10 and they are already getting super fan regulars.
And there are so many reasons people are loving this place. First, the location. Super easy to find, conveniently right off of Blue Diamond just west of Decatur. You’ll find it in the Jansen Center, right by Stefano’s. It’s actually in the same parking lot as a Denny’s.
And before you say that’s a bad idea to park your breakfast business right by a national breakfast chain, it’s actually pretty smart. The same way that Ashley Furniture is building a furniture megastore right next to the Las Vegas IKEA. People looking for breakfast might be coming to Denny’s. But many of them will end up stopping at Early Birds instead.
What’s On The Early Birds Restaurant Menu
And one visit is all it will take. Because Early Bird’s food is awesome, with unique items you won’t find anywhere else. Like their Go Coconuts coconut buttermilk pancakes that are topped with coconut frosting and berries. Or their deep fried Churro Waffles with dulce de leche and cream cheese frosting. Two two of their pancake dishes that are already local favorites are the Lemon Poppy and S’more What?
Even the toppings at Early Birds are unique. On any of their 14 pancake, waffle and French Toast dishes, customers have the option of adding something totally exclusive to Early Birds restaurant: Boozy Whipped Cream. Made with a choice of Frangelico, Licor 43 or Bailey’s.
And there’s even more unique dishes on the savory menu. Which includes omelets, including The Bear, served with herbed cheese, potato chip and chive. Also skillets, like the Irishman, which comes with with two eggs your way, corned beef, potatoes, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
There are also various breakfast sandwiches and dishes, like the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, the Croque Madame on sourdough, and the Chicken and Waffles. And for those who can’t decide between sweet and savory, there’s the Mc’Griddle.
Other dishes on the classics menu include Steak and Eggs, the Matcha Parfait with Matcha Chia pudding and coconut, the Phat Elvis with deep-fried cinnamon toast crunch and candied bananas. And have you ever had bacon fried rice before?
The One-Of-A-Kind Cocktails At Early Birds Restaurant
To complement their unique dishes, Early Birds restaurant has a menu of smoothies, coffee drinks and handcrafted cocktails (or mocktails, if you’re driving). The Blackberry Basil Spritz includes gin, honey, fresh lemon, blackberries, basil leaves and prosecco. Their Afternoon Delight is made with Scotch, creme de cacao, cherry liqueur and chocolate milk.
The Butterball is sure to be something you’ve not tried before. Made with peanut butter whiskey, peanut butter cups and sweet cream. And don’t forget to try their very interesting Cereal Cocktail of the week. Described on their menu as “nostalgic taste with an adult twist”. One version is made with gin, blueberry, fresh lemon, egg whites and breakfast tea.
You can see some of their amazing dishes in this video. Even the plate presentation on some of these dishes has a twist.
