There’s A Brand New Place To Brunch In Las Vegas
Las Vegas locals love to do brunch. Probably more than we love to do breakfast. And maybe that’s because the Vegas lifestyle for many of us isn’t very conducive to mornings. Either our out-of-town friends and family stayed up too late partying. Or we’re in the hospitality industry and working the swing shift is all too common. Whatever the reason, we’re brunchers. So we get pretty darn excited when a new brunch place opens up.
Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant in Durango Casino Resort just announced a new brunch menu for the weekends.
Durango Casino Resort is one of the newest places in town. It opened in December 2023 with tons of locals eager to check out everything it has to offer. Including more than a dozen places to grab a bite. Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant quickly became a favorite of visitors. With its dishes boasting the flavors of coastal Mexico.
And now Mijo is offering even more with a brand new weekend brunch menu for Las Vegas locals. Of course, non-locals are welcome too. But locals are always looking for new brunch options in town. And Mijo is serving up plenty. Their savory brunch selections include a chorizo breakfast burrito, huevos ranchero and ranchero steak and eggs.
Sweet dishes include a Berry Yogurt Parfait, and Churro French toast served with tres leches custard, fresh strawberries, Bavarian cream and guava syrup. Soup, salads, tacos and other dishes are also available to order on the brunch menu.
There are also brunch cocktails available, including beers, wines by the glass and Mijo margaritas. Or guests can take advantage of bottomless drinks for $24. Which includes mimosas, aperol spritz and micheladas. Brunch is available at Mijo every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The whole menu at other information is on Mijo’s website.
