More Couples Are Scheduling Sex Than You Think
It’s a trend that you don’t hear too much about, but more couples are “scheduling” sex than you might think. Couples’ conflicting work schedules, busy weekends and the excuses go on for the lack of being intimate spontaneously. Evidently, this is now the norm when it comes to getting together. Surprised? Or as we say on The Mike & Carla Morning Show, “SHOCKED?”
According to a recent article put out by CalendarLabs, they say that over a third of couples are now doing this. Scheduling that time to get busy in the bedroom. The article says that over 1000 couples were surveyed spanning all demos.
Why Are More Couples Scheduling Sex These Days?
The upside to all this is that most of the couples scheduling a session reportedly are the happiest with their relationship! In fact, they are fine with the appointments and makes life a bit easier. You’ll also note in the article that close to 50% though say they only have time for a private moment just a few times a MONTH! Seriously?
When it comes to what days, it seems Saturday is the most popular, followed by Friday and Sunday. Sad to say, but not surprised that Monday sees the least amount of action during the week! Of course, considering that more and more people are working from home, it’s the time of day we want to know when this is all happening.
Some people surveyed that they have made an appointment during work hours! Topping the list is “away” from the workplace! However, some have admitted will a quick romp at lunch or even a “fake” meeting!
All in all, it was odd to find that more and more people find it necessary to put their time for lovemaking on the calendar or in their phone. It would be weird to be with someone and an alarm goes off. Only to hear that person say, “…oops, gotta go, got an important appointment!”
