A two day hiring event is happening Allegiant Stadium Las Vegas, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 23. They will be doing interviews right then and there, for part-time positions in all sorts of departments: food service, retail, security, ticketing, guest services, parking, and more.
Allegiant Stadium doesn’t just host Raiders football games, but also UNLV football, major concerts, and other sporting events.
Allegiant Stadium Las Vegas Interviewing For Open Positions
If you do plan to apply for a position during draft day hiring, keep in mind that you will be required to work all Las Vegas Raiders home games, UNLV home games, and other scheduled events, concerts. etc. And – make sure to bring a valid photo ID with you.
Many of the current staffers at the stadium were hired during previous hiring events, like next week’s draft day.
Neumiia Duncan-Reed, vice president of human resources and community affairs at Allegiant Stadium, said, staffers are “really excited about being a part of the stadium and the Las Vegas Raiders and being part of that team.” He believes that the camaraderie of being a part of the stadium community is a big reason for their 70% retention rate with employees.
There are about 3900 employees who work at Allegiant Stadium, and they have about 1,900 open positions, according to a report submitted by the Raiders to Las Vegas Stadium Authority.
Have An Idea Of What Position You Might Be Interested In – But Be Open-Minded
If you’re going to apply for a job at Allegiant Stadium Las Vegas, again – don’t forget your ID. Also bring a resume if you have one. And be prepared to interview onsite once you finish your application.
