I’m Sorry, Send You A Picture Of What?

You’re just trying to find a date, but if you have to respond to a text with, “I’m sorry, send you a picture of what?”…that’s not good! It came up this morning on The Mike & Carla Morning Show. But is it really that bad? According to some, not if your really think about it.

Normally, we would go out to clubs, bars, check out possible candidates for a perfect match. But it seems that those days are gone. It’s all about the dating apps.

“Really? Send You A Picture of What?”

Talking on line, texting each other back and forth. You see when you were out, you could look, see if you were attracted to that person physically. You’d look, think, “…not bad”. Then make your move right? And it does work both ways for men and woman.

But nowadays, with everything on line and through apps, maybe it’s not a bad thing to ask about physical features! To ask that person to send you pics just wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Would it be that odd for a guy to ask a girl for a picture with NO makeup?

It just seems times are changing and either you can change along with it or be left alone on a Saturday night. We guess it’s up to you! For example, it turns out at about 3-4 good dates, the guy revealed his “freak” flag (as Carla Rea would say) and that was the end of it.

Another one, send me a picture of your waist and butt! Just to see if there’s a physical attraction! Uh, sorry don’t think so! It all came out this morning in what The M&C Morning Show thought was a very productive segment.

Las Vegas Ranks Pretty High On List Of 'Cougar' Dating Hot Spots

Look out, Las Vegas Man Cubs…Cougars are taking over Sin City.

A recent survey revealed the top ten cities that are hot spots for relationships involving older females and younger males. And Las Vegas landed in the top 10. The list was released this year by Cougar Life, a dating website created to empower the mature women in the modern world.

The data was taken from the number of people who signed up on the website in 2022. This is the first list of its kind from Cougar Life, who launched their site in 2009. Over nine million people have joined since then, with a 200% increase in signups between 2021 and 2022.

The benefits of the older woman/younger man dynamic.

According to Cougar Life, older women bring maturity and experience to their relationships. And they tend to steer clear of drama. Meanwhile, the younger male is typically more open-minded and finds more humor in life than their older counterparts. The company’s position is that relationships can work with people of any age, as long as they’re honest about their needs and agree on important issues.

When the slang term “cougar” first originated in the 1990’s, it was considered somewhat taboo for an older woman to date a younger man. But thanks to modern female-driven movements, and shows like Sex And The City, it’s becoming more universally-accepted.

I know what you’re thinking…”Am I a cougar?”

According to Wikipedia, a Cougar isn’t merely any women who happens to date, or have dated, a younger man. “Cougar” is defined as a woman who seeks out relationships with younger men or women, either romantic or sexual in nature. And the term applies specifically to any woman who seeks these partners who are at least five years younger.

So where are the biggest Cougar habitats in the country? According to Cougar Life’s list, Florida dominates that dating market. Followed by Ohio. Here’s the rest of the Top 10. – Wendy Rush

While Sex And The City made us all think New York City was where all the cougars hang out, turns out that’s wrong. If you’re looking for an older lady, Buffalo is where you should go.
