Emmitt Smith played 13 of his 15 professional seasons with the Dallas Cowboys as their star running back.  He and his teammates earned three Super Bowl Championship rings, and Smith played in eight Pro Bowls.  He holds the NFL record for most rushing yardage, a record that still stands.  Smith was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010.

Since retiring from pro football, Emmitt Smith has become a businessman and entrepreneur who runs several companies.  You may have also seen him compete on the ABC Television series Dancing With The Stars in 2006.  He was paired with professional dancer Cheryl Burke, and the couple went on to win the third season competition.
