The 2022 Scripps National Spelling Bee ended in a spell-off between 14-year-old Harini Logan and 12-year-old Vikram Raju. They each got 90 seconds to spell as many words as they could. Vikram got 15 out of 19, and Harini got 21 out of 26 to win.

The Mike & Carla Morning Show have the audio of her winning run. (The audio, and most sites, are reporting she got 21 words correct, but the Spelling Bee site reports she correctly spelled 22. The spell-off was due to neither one being able to correctly spell two words in a row from rounds 13-18.)
