Golden Knights And Silver Knights Honor First Responders
The Vegas Golden Knights and Henderson Silver Knights announced on Tuesday that they have big plans to honor our local heroes with “First Responders Day” at their Nevada Day games this Friday, October 28th.
Both teams are planning to wear special Nevada-themed jerseys, and they will also be offering special Nevada Day ticket prices that you and your family can take advantage of.
According to an article posted on the Vegas Golden Knights website on NHL.com, the action begins at 11am when the Henderson Silver Knights host the Colorado Eagles at The Dollar Loan Center. They are encouraging fans to arrive early to enjoy all the special pre-game activities, food and drink specials, and to get an exclusive Nevada Day themed poster. Select seats are available at 50% off.
If you have the time and energy after the Henderson Silver Knights game, you can head on over to T-Mobile Arena where the Vegas Golden Knights will be hosting division rivals, the Anaheim Ducks. The puck drops around 3pm, as the team continues to celebrate Nevada Day and First Responders Day. There will be a pre-game concert at Toshiba Plaza featuring The Delta Bombers. The local team is encouraging fans to wear white at this game, since the players will be wearing white jerseys for this particular game.
Per the article on the Vegas Golden Knights website, the team is “offering select seating sections at a Nevada Special price of just $70.20 a seat. Limited tickets remain and can be found at this link.”
Hope you get a chance to enjoy all the fun as we honor our local heroes on First Responders Day.
