Although born and raised in Reno, Carla's family is from Detroit! For that reason Carla has always had a soft place in her heart for teams from the Motor City. Mostly the Tigers and even more so the Detroit Lions. So, this season, with the Lions going to the Conference Finals, Carla was sporting the gear like no tomorrow. And rightfully so, since it had been decades, if not longer, that they have had a consistently winning team!
Is Jersey Shaming Going on In Las Vegas
If fact, to show our support on the morning show, we all hopped on the DL bandwagon! Once they lost though, all bets were off. However, Carla still wears the blue and silver proudly! Well, the other day, wearing her new Lions jacket, a man noticed it on and commented. "Whaddya wearin' that for, your team lost!" Catching Carla a bit off guard.
Well, we wanted to know this morning, is there some unwritten rule that after your team loses in the playoffs, you no longer wear the gear? To be honest, Mike O'Brian and Executive Producer Morty had never heard of that rule, but they wanted to know as well.
The bottom line, with it being Big Game Week in Las Vegas, is it okay to wear your favorite team's jersey? Even if they're not in the Super Bowl? Most people said "yes", wear your team jersey to the BIG GAME...even if they're not in it! It just shows that you're a football fan and and are there for the experience and the game!

The 5 Sexiest Players In Super Bowl LVIII
The Super Bowl is just days away! While most people are getting hyped for the competition of the big game, I've noticed that some of the ladies in the office have an additional reason to watch... The hunky players on the field!
A lot of the girls that I work with could care less about the actually sport being played. So we asked them a question, "Who are the sexiest players in Super Bowl LVIII?"
Some of their answers, you may find surprising. And others felt pretty obvious.
Perhaps that's the case for some of the ladies in your office too? For these individuals, Sunday's matchup isn't just about tackles and touchdowns. It'll be about catching a glimpse of those attractive athletes, performing extraordinary feats. And looking good while doing so!
What's The Psychology Behind it?
What is it about athletes that make so many people swoon? Is it muscles or the lifestyle? Is it the fame? Whatever it is, there's no denying that watching someone be the best in their craft awakens something within a lot of people.
Perhaps the answer to the question is a simple one. Maybe it's "primitive" and we're just hard wired to be attracted to the someone who'd be a strong mate?
There's also something called the "Halo Effect." Which is when men prove themselves in sport, people assume they're good at other things too.
Who Are The Sexiest Players In Super Bowl LVIII?
From perfectly chiseled jawlines to god-like physiques, I've conducted a survey to find out which players will be getting the most attention from the girls in our office. So, let's take a moment to appreciate some of the sexiest players who will be taking center stage at Allegiant Stadium this weekend! Feel free to email us to let us know if we missed your favorite.
1. Brock Purdy

Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers speaks to the media during Super Bowl LVIII Opening Night at Allegiant Stadium on February 05, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It feels like the quarterback always gets the girl, right? And that rings true with a few girls in the office. According to them, they think Brock has that "boy next door" look that they're into.
Purdy, who wears Taylor Swift's lucky number (13), was asked if he's ready to disappoint the pop star. Purdy didn't hesitate. He answered with one word, "Yes."
2. Travis Kelce

Since we already brought up Taylor Swift, it's only logical that her hunky boyfriend makes this list. Not only is Travis one of the best players to ever play his position, he just seems like a genuinely decent guy! The podcast he does with his brother has skyrocketed in popularity since his relationship with Taylor became public, and he's really good behind the mic!
When his playing days are over, he's set to have a really promising career in broadcasting.
After Taylor's most recent Grammy win, Travis said he'd like to bring home '"some hardware too."
3. Christian McCaffrey

Christian McCaffrey of the San Francisco 49ers speaks to the media during Super Bowl LVIII Opening Night at Allegiant Stadium.
At running back, for the 49ers, Christian is one of the most exciting players to watch every week. He's explosive. He's strong. And he's so fast! All of those reasons are why he led the league in yards at his position. This will be his first Super Bowl and he's hoping to make it one that he'll remember for all the right reasons.
4. Patrick Mahomes

Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs speaks to the media during Super Bowl LVIII Opening Night at Allegiant Stadium.
Again, ladies love quarterbacks!
Patrick Mahomes has been getting some jokes slung in his direction for having a "dad bod," but that's one of the reasons the girls in the office love him! Besides, Mahomes had the perfect response to the haters. He said he'd rather have another Super Bowl ring than a six pack! Haha! I love it!
I also love the fact that I, a guy with a dad bod, can say that I'm built like a Super Bowl champion!
5. Nick Bosa

Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers warms up prior to their game against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game at Levi's Stadium on January 19, 2020 in Santa Clara, California.
When I showed a picture of Nick Bosa to the girls in the office, I heard a couple of them go "Mmmmm!"
The guy is "built like a superhero." One of them said. Another one said, "Oh, I know which jersey I'll be buying tonight!"
"I guess he's okay..." one joked, before admitting that he's her celebrity crush.
Bosa, who lost to the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV, will absolutely be looking to get his revenge this Sunday at Allegiant.
