It's a real thing apparently! Menu anxiety hits most of us, but maybe you don't realize it. So what is it exactly?
You know when you're eating out with a group of people and the waiter or waitress comes to take the tables order. Everyone knows what they want but you don't! The anxiety starts to kick in because everyone is ordering and you still don't know what you want!
Apparently people in their 20's, 30's, and 40's are dealing with this more often than not! People over their 40's, they really don't care. Mostly because they know what they want before they even arrive at the restaurant.
Gen Z's and Millennials are on a struggle bus with this one! They say one in three Americans have this!
Breaking it down, after 2,000 people were surveyed showed that 41% of Gen Z's and millennials deal with it while 15% of Gen X and baby boomers have an issue with it.
Results also found that the younger generations order vegan foods and vegetarian diets.
