It’s a real thing apparently! Menu anxiety hits most of us, but maybe you don’t realize it. So what is it exactly?
You know when you’re eating out with a group of people and the waiter or waitress comes to take the tables order. Everyone knows what they want but you don’t! The anxiety starts to kick in because everyone is ordering and you still don’t know what you want!
Apparently people in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s are dealing with this more often than not! People over their 40’s, they really don’t care. Mostly because they know what they want before they even arrive at the restaurant.
Gen Z’s and Millennials are on a struggle bus with this one! They say one in three Americans have this!
Breaking it down, after 2,000 people were surveyed showed that 41% of Gen Z’s and millennials deal with it while 15% of Gen X and baby boomers have an issue with it.
Results also found that the younger generations order vegan foods and vegetarian diets.

Happy birthday to you!
Birthdays are an important in our lives because they mark the anniversary of the day we came into the world. It is a celebration of our existence, and a time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the future. It’s your special day! So where do you want to celebrate with a birthday dinner?
One of my favorite things on earth is dining and cocktailing with dear friends. I look forward to it. The nice thing about Las Vegas is that there is a plethora of things to do, and endless restaurants in Las Vegas to satisfy any pallet. From the glittering lights, and the swagger of the strip, to those neighborhood gems right around the corner, you get to pick your special birthday restaurant – and I want to help.
Of course, it doesn’t have to just be on your birthday, but I think we all agree that your birthday is a most special day. You’re a year older, your feet are on the ground, and you want to make the best of that, wherever you go.
Some of the restaurants on this list may seem odd, or even a little non-traditional, but I never fail to have a great time and a great meal at any of them. Some are smaller restaurants, and better for your more intimate or cozy gatherings, others are larger restaurants, and better for the whole gang to gather and have some fun, and some are just plain old good food!
From traditional American, to Italian, to Asian and more, there is something for everyone in Las Vegas. Along with some adult beverages, of course, to go along with the food – because it’s your day!
So pick a restaurant, call your friends and family (because they just might pay), put on your fancy birthday hat, and have a superb birthday. Because you deserve it!
