ATLANTA - MARCH 12: An "Amber Alert" sign over I-85 North in metro-Atlanta alerts the public to keep an eye out for a 1994 blue Chevy pickup truck thought to have been stolen by murder suspect Brian Nichols. March 12, 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. Nichols surrendered earlier in the day after being surrounded by police in a apartment complex in Duluth, Georgia. Nichols is accused of shooting and killing four people at the Fulton County Superior Court, including Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rowland W. Barnes. (Photo by Davis Turner/Getty Images)

A man in Coweta County, Georgia met a woman on the dating site Plenty of Fish. His name is Wesley Burson. Wesley met Jennifer Lee Gray, or known as Piper on the dating site. Wesley had called an Uber to pick up Jennifer from her hotel in Northwest Atlanta, and drop her off at his place before their date.

The two decided they needed some Dr. Pepper in their lives, so they decided to drive to the grocery store to get some. But before they did, Wesley had to use the bathroom. While he was using the bathroom, he heard his truck start up outside. Shen he walked out, he saw his truck driving away. He immediately called 911!

The Coweta County Deputy spotted the truck and a high speed chase was started. Jennifer was driving at speeds of about 100 mph! The deputies eventually pulled her over and arrested her on the Interstate 85!

She was charged with fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer and theft! We think Wesley will probably learn from this situation and be more caution on dating sites from now on.

We have more on this story and more in today’s Other News!
