It's said she didn't want him to come out of retirement and play, but Tom had other plans. The news now is that both Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have both hired divorce lawyers and now the world is about to explode.
But if you're wondering if this is something new for the couple, it's not. Back in 2015 they both almost got divorced. It was the year of the Deflategate scandal in the NFL. The reports of it and the constant media attention had gotten to the couple and they both almost heading to the divorce block. After a federal judge threw out all charges, all things seemed to be normal for the couple.
Now the couple seems to be more serious about the split. Both have been living separately for months now. There was an apparent fight between the couple that just has no way of coming back. It's to the point that they're looking to split up their million dollar assets, including properties worth almost $26 million. The one thing that does stand true for the couple though is the love for their children and it's said they will share joint custody if they do end up separating.
Because the couple are based out of Florida now, they're saying they will file for divorce there. Brady is the highest paid NFL player, making a whopping $250 million and has deals and endorsements with FTX, Hertz, his own company and brand, TB12, and more!
The couple bought a $17 million dollar home on Indian Creek Island, which is in Miami and is known as the "Billionaires Bunker". They planned to knock down the existing home on the huge property and build a new home, but that has also since been put on hold because of the possible split.
