When you can’t take a lunch break at work, what are your options? Or what if you don’t have a fridge at work? Then what?
I’m awful about eating breakfast, or about bringing a lunch to work. So I’m usually either not eating until 4pm, or I’m taking trips down to the vending machine. Neither of which is a healthy long-term option.
So, I did a little digging on ideas that are good for snacks you can keep at your desk. This is my favorite list that I’ve found, I’d just add one item: dried cheese curds. Oh man, so good! – Wendy
