‘The Matrix’ Returns to Theaters in Honor of its 20th Anniversary
The Matrix is heading back to theaters for select screenings in honor of its 20th anniversary.
The sci-fi classic starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne and Carrie-Anne-Moss will be in select AMC theaters with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos audio on August 30. Tickets are on sale now at AMCTheatres.com.
The Matrix franchise is comprised of five films (three in wide-release and two direct-to-video titles) and three different video games. The three wide-release films – The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions – have grossed a total of $1.632 billion at the box office worldwide.
