Nevada’s Most Popular Halloween Costumes In 2024

Another Halloween is in the books, but that doesn't mean we're done talking about Nevada's favorite holiday. The memory of all Hallows Eve lingers almost as long as those mini candy bars do. So what did this year's Halloween look like in the silver state? Even with all the costumes we saw around town, there was a clear winner about which were the most popular Halloween costumes for 2024. Most Popular Halloween Costumes For 2024 Experts at online shopping assistant Sizify collected data from Google searches that pertained to popular Halloween costumes for this year. And we're proud to say that Nevada went old school with the most popular choice in the state: Beetlejuice. It's pretty awesome to see that a sequel 30 years in the making inspired the #1 choice for our state. Although even without a sequel, any character from the Beetlejuice movie is a sure win. They're very easily recognizable and include lots of options. The Maitlands with their faces pulled apart, the woman cut in half in the afterlife waiting room, to name a few. Of course, there's none more iconic than that of Beetlejuice himself. The king of the most popular Halloween costumes in Nevada in 2024 was Beetlejuice. Which, obviously, doesn't surprise him at all. Beetlejuice was also the most Googled Halloween costume in Alabama, Mississippi, Vermont, Wyoming, and Indiana. Among other most popular Halloween costumes for 2024 were Joker and Harley Quinn, who took the top spot in many states. Including Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, Virginia, and Kentucky for the Joker. And California, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Rhode Island for Harley Quinn. Deadpool was the top dog in Iowa, Montana, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. And other movie characters, including Harry Potter, Minions, Catwoman and Ghostbusters, dominated in at least one state. And its good to see that the classic most popular Halloween costumes, like witches, skeletons and pirates, still reigned supreme in the rest of the states. Want more from this author?
