Guy Fieri To Open Second Chicken Guy! At Harrah’s Las Vegas in Spring 2025
Another Chicken Guy! is coming to Harrah’s Las Vegas in the spring of 2025, taking up shop in the Fulton Street Food Hall alongside celebrity chefs’ Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay and Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay.
This opening marks Fieri’s fourth restaurant partnership with Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts, following his first Chicken Guy! success at Caesars Palace. The celebrity chef continues to grow his Vegas presence.
“Everybody knows I’m a big Vegas guy, so bringing Chicken Guy! to Caesars Palace was a dream come true,” Guy Fieri said in a press release. “But like I always say, ‘Go Big Or Go Home…,’ so we’re doubling down, and our chicken is crossing the Strip for a second brand-new location at Harrah’s Las Vegas.”
Finger-Licking Good Chicken: Top Menu Items
According to a press release from Caesars Entertainment, some of the top menu items include the obvious fresh chicken tenders. But other well-loved items are the loaded Mac Daddy Mac ‘N’ Cheese that’s made with melty cheese and topped with your choice of chicken, bacon and green onions. The decadent Flavortown Shakes are created with creamy soft-serve and fresh whipped cream. Another amazing aspect about the shakes are the plethora of flavors such as Apple Cinnamon Cereal or Triple Double Mint.
And what’s chicken without the wonderful dipping sauces to accompany the juicy protein? Chicken Guy will offer over 22 signature sauces such as Wasabi Honey, Cumin Lime Mojo, Donkey Sauce and more. If you’re wondering what the Dinkey Sauce is well, it’s a mixture of mayo, roasted garlic, Worcestershire and lemon.
When it opens next spring, tourists and locals will enjoy a new quick-service option in this busy casino destination. The Chicken Guy! menu items are nothing like your ordinary fast-food chicken. The mouth-watering all-natural chicken tenders stand out thanks to their special lemon juice, pickle brine, and buttermilk infused with fresh herbs marinade.
