A new work opportunity just popped up in Las Vegas. And at one of the hottest new resorts in town. It's been a little over a month since Durango Casino & Resort opened. And now they're looking to the future with a hiring event for summer.

Durango Casino & Resort has announced a three-day hiring event to fill positions for their new poolside oasis.

Called Bel-Aire Backyard, the outdoor venue promises to be another part of Durango Casino & Resort that's set to define a new standard of luxury for Las Vegas residents and visitors. Social media posts about Bel-Aire Backyard have included a quick video of the space. Which looks complete with cabanas, palm trees and a bar that promises the drinks will never stop flowing. The video also showed a lot of girls in bikinis, which gives a more detailed picture of the ambiance the space will offer.

Durango Casino & Resort did post on their Instagram page about the hiring event this month. And it looks like the word "model" is in front of a lot of the positions they're hiring for. Including Model Bussers, Model Barbacks and Model Bartenders. These positions are in addition to model cocktail servers, which the resort set aside a special day of interviews for. The Vegas resort is also offering work to a new Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Cashiers, Cooks, Porters Runners, and Security Personnel.

Clique Hospitality is hosting the three-day hiring event. And their benefit packages are alone a reason to apply.

In addition to competitive pay, the company's comprehensive benefits package includes a lot of extras. Like vacation time, paid meals, and team member discounts at various other Clique Hospitality restaurants and venues. There are also internal advancement opportunities and training and certification opportunities.

Prospective applicants for the server, bartender and barback positions must be 21 to apply. All other positions are open to those 16 years or older. Information about the event can be found at www.cliquehospitality.com/bel-aire-backyard-careers/.

Bel-Aire Backyard is scheduled to open Spring 2024.
