The pop-up movement encourages people to wear their costumes when they visit, to enhance the Halloween experience. The movement is the brainchild of two veterans in the hospitality industry, Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage. Their first Black Lagoon happened in New Orleans in a popular dive bar, The Dungeon. It quickly became a Halloween staple for locals. This year, the movement has expanded to markets in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Evel Pie is a perfect location for this installment. It's already a highly popular pizza joint for locals and Las Vegas visitors. It's also the home to the famous Reaper Contest. Which gives guests a coveted spot on the Wall of Flame if they can eat three pieces of Evel's Don't Fear The Reaper pizza. The pie is made with hot willy sauce, reaper sauce, chili flake marinated mozzarella, sriracha marinated chorizo, and habaneros served on fire. The pizza is so hot, guests have to sign a waiver before trying the challenge. Watching people try the Reaper Contest would be fun entertainment anytime.
