Whoa! Less Than A Month To Go Until The Kids Go Back To School
Whoa! That was a quick summer vacation! Can you believe that kids will be heading back to school in less than a month? With that in mind, you and your kids may want to check out one of this year’s “Cox Back To School Fairs” before classes begin August 7th.
Back To School Fairs Are Free!
You and your kids can hit one of four free “Back To School Fairs” between now and the first day of school. In fact, there’s one coming up this weekend at The Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway. Additionally, they will even have free on-site immunizations at this one. The first fair will take place this Saturday, July 15th, from 11am to 3pm.
As a matter of fact, you can visit over thirty booths while you’re there. For instance, community agencies such as the YMCA, The Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, First Nevada, and the After School All Stars will all be sponsoring booths. In addition, Clark County School District representatives will also be on hand to answer questions. So, if you have questions about registration, immunizations, learning opportunities or enrollment, make plans to attend.
Kids Back In School Soon; Fairs Next Four Saturdays
The “Cox Back To School Fairs” will take place over the next four Saturdays. As has been noted, Saturday July 15th, 11am-3pm at The Boulevard Mall. Secondly, Saturday, July 22nd, 11am-3pm at the Galleria at Sunset. Thirdly, Saturday, July 29th, 11am-3pm at Meadows Mall. There will be free on-site immunizations at Meadows Mall. Finally, Saturday, August 5th, 9am-1pm at Downtown Summerlin.
It is important to realize that Cox Communications presents these events. However, they are set up with Clark County School District. Other major sponsors include Clark County Credit Union and Immunize Nevada. You can visit the Cox Knowledge College website for more information.
If your organization, business, or agency would like to participate in the upcoming fairs, call 702-545-1084. Or, you can email Brittani.Johnson@cox.com. The countdown to the first day of school has begun!
