Las Vegas‘ very own Caribbean restaurant, House of Dutch Pot will be making a special appearance on national television. The Vegas eatery located at 4255 S. Durango Dr. has been serving Las Vegans for just a short time while making a positive impact. Despite being newer to the Vegas food scene their flavor and spice palette speaks for itself.
The Food Network show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, hosted by none other than Vegas’ Guy Fieri, is airing a new episode, “All Over Flavors” tomorrow, February 20. House Of Dutch Pot Las Vegas will be featured for their excellent menu items, restaurant culture and passion. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes on Oniel Smith, or as we all know him Chef O.
Chef O, is a country kid from St. Thomas, Jamaica, who loves to cook. House Of Dutch Pot is the “first Jamaican Caribbean Authentic Restaurant” on Diner’s, Dine-Ins and Dives. Chef O stated on the business Instagram how being on the show is, “mind blowing opening up doors for my beloved country Jamaica and also the black Community money just can’t buy that!”
The episode was shot back in November leaving the team was excitement for the major episode announcement. The hotspot recently started selling their own “Just Jerk Sauce” with six different varieties. Their Instagram features a fun video you can watch below.

The restaurant is hosting a viewing party for the major achievement. Customers must call a head to RSVP to attend. The party starts at 5:45 p.m. The official episode airs at 9 p.m. EST and 6 p.m. PST.
