The coffeehouse prides themselves for their specialty coffees and artisanal blends. Their mission is to “craft an exceptional coffee experience so people and communities can thrive.” What makes them stand out amongst the other coffee competition is their Evergreen Ethos. They have three main principals that they follow to improve not only their craft but the lives of others around them.

A multi-roaster program is when a coffeehouse offers their guests specialty coffee roasters for a limited time. The coffee roasters tend to be high quality and sip different from your traditional cup of joe.
There are some great perks when it comes to a custom coffee shop. Rotation of coffee allows guests to try a variety of great-tasting coffee beans. This also allows staff to get more familiar with unique roasting styles and brands.

Their menu does offer more than just slow roasted coffee beans. According to their website, 90% of the food items on the menu are prepared fresh by the staff. Items are limited and in small portions to help minimize food waste. A few of their food menu items include salads, toasts, hearty bites and seasonal pastries. Select items on their menu are vegan for their plant based customers.
