Mike O’Brian is out today, March 16, at our third Port Of Subs water drop off location for 96.3 KKLZ‘s 7 Annual Project H2O. The 75 South Valle Verde Drive in Henderson was steady which we are grateful for. The weather didn’t stop our dedicated KKLZs from making a difference in the Las Vegas community. We will keep you updated if our Thursday water drop-off location gets delayed due to thunderstorms.
We had a surprise drop off this morning from Pure Nutrition on Stephanie and Horizon Ridge. They donated two pallets of water which is equivalent to 100 cases of water! That is A LOT of water. We are so thankful for Audry, Nick and Corbin for stopping by. The cases of water will be distributed by The Salvation Army of Southern Nevada to help out our neighbors in need.
We are now into our second week of collecting cases of water to help our neighbors right here in Southern Nevada. Our first week was off to a slower start but we aren’t giving up.
We have teamed up with Port of Subs and The Salvation Army of Southern Nevada to help collect and distribute the cases water to local charities in need. Water has never been more important especially in Nevada. Vegas locals understand the heat waves and how detrimental they can be. Dehydration is a serious issue and with your help we will be able to combat it during the hot summer months.
Carla was out at our second Port Of Subs water drop-off location which helped pushed us into week two.
