The 80s: Biggest Grammy Award Winners
This year’s Grammy Awards will be presented at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday April 3rd. To celebrate, we’re going to be playing some of the biggest award winners of the 80s on the Top 3 at 7 Countdown.
On Monday, the Top 3 Grammy Hits of 1983, including one of the chart-toppers from Thriller, which won the Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Best Male Rock Vocal Performance! The album would win an record-breaking eight Grammys that year. Incredible!

The incomparable Whitney Houston set a record during the decade by scoring seven consecutive #1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100! The fourth chart-topper in that impressive streak won the 1987 Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.
