Almost since its very beginning, Nevada has been known for the same things: like casinos, strip clubs, and the mob. But this year the Silver State can officially be known for another thing: foot fetishes. Because a new study just revealed that Nevada gets really excited, like REALLY excited, about feet.
New Study Ranked States Based On Who Has The Most Foot Fetishes
A brand new study just released by FeetFinder ranked all 50 states by who has the most residents who love feet. FeetFinder is a social platform where people can buy pictures of feet. Or they can sell pictures of their own. The study was conducted by counting the number of times a foot-related word was googled from each state. Phrases included “sexy feet”, “pretty feet” and “sucking on toes”.

The study also included any google searches about selling or buying pictures of feet. And before you doubt how popular this fetish is, I confess I was part of it for a hot second. I actually set up an account at one point on a website like FeetFinder because I have pretty nice feet. And it seemed like a quick way to make some cash. No, you can’t find my profile on the website now. I took it down when I realized I didn’t have the drive to commit to posting photos as often as I would need to. Nor could I keep up with the messaging that ensued with photos posted. People can get pretty weird when they’re turned on by a naked foot.
And now I wonder how many of those comments came from my own neighbors. Since Nevada did rank #1 in the country for this kind of google search. According to the study, foot-related terms are googled from Nevada at an average 17,078 times per month! Which breaks down to 537 per 100,000 residents. And the term “feet pics” are googled at an average of 770 times per month (FeetFinder). And speaking of neighbors, Arizona came in at number two in the country. Florida, Colorado and Georgia filled the rest of the top five.
Not that this is shocking for anyone. We are Nevada. Home to Sin City. If anything, foot fetishes are the more mild of the debauchery we get ourselves into. But this study did open my eyes to one thing: maybe I should get my foot profile back online. Mama needs some new shoes! – Wendy Rush
