Sunday 03/13/22: Casey Kasem counts down the biggest hits in the U.S.A. on March 13, 1976, when "Taxi Driver," starring Robert DeNiro and Jodie Foster, was filling theaters and had everyone quoting, "You talkin' to me?"
This Martin Scorsese film won the Palme D'Or at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival and received four Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, Best Actor for DeNiro, and Best Supporting Actress for Foster. It has been selected for preservation in the National Film Registry.
