Thursday is a special day as Henderson salutes "Star Wars/The Empire Strikes Back" in a very special way! With a "live" symphony orchestra, the Dollar Loan Center is showing the movie on a huge screen to celebrate the day...May The 4th Be With You!

That's not all...live characters, special merchandise and more all land in Henderson to celebrate MAY FOURTH! It's all a part of the presentation of the movie "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back". The soundtrack to the film being provided by a live 75 piece orchestra that will give fans an entirely different experience!

The Mike & Carla Morning Show talked to Darren Davis, V.P. of Venue Operations at the Dollar Loan Center. He actually gave us a rundown of what to expect if you have tickets for the show. Right off the bat Davis said that they are turning the DLC arena into the "Millennium Falcon"!

Darth Vader: "No, I Am Your Father"

There will be over 20 costume characters milling about at the arena. Chewbacca, R2D2, and many more all there for the show. There will also be original merchandise from Disney Concerts only available at this event. This will be one unique event for Star Wars' fans of all ages.

According to Darren Davis, the experience will be, "like sitting in a theater watching a movie with a live orchestra playing the music." Tickets start at $20 and still available. You can buy tickets on line or at the box office tomorrow night. Come in costume and get there early enough for a good seat!

Star Wars' fans unite and are looking forward to invading Henderson tomorrow night. But what are those facts a "true" Star Wars' fan should know?
