Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads, fathers, father figures, moms who played dads and the heroes in your life. Father figures help shape us into the person we are today with their love, advice and guidance.
Dads protect us from harms ways while allowing us to venture off onto our own journeys to live and learn. We appreciate our heroes for killing those pesky spiders, picking us up from school and teaching us how to ride a bike.
We appreciate all of the dads out there who give time and care in raising their kids. We acknowledge the superhero dads who may be raising kids alone or raising their spouse’s children.
Father figures may also be people in our community who we look up to for advice whether that be a teacher, boss and/or neighbor. Anne Geddes once said, “Any man can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad.”
We appreciate t.v. father figures from reality shows like Danny Tanner from Full House and Uncle Phil from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, who gave guidance on what great parenting looks like.
Fathers set the example of what a good role model should be for their child. Kids learn from their dad the precedent in how to treat one another and what qualities to look for in a potential spouse.
Fathers set the standard on how generations to come will acknowledge their own identity and family name. We want to honor dad this holiday season for all that he has done for his family, friends and community.
Our digital department scouted the Las Vegas community to find the best deals to enjoy during Father’s Day Weekend.
Whether you decide on lunch, dinner and/or a comedy show… Celebrate your dad or the father figure in your life in the best way possible.
