Thank you for being part of the KKLZ Crew! We’re excited to let you know it’s time to claim your prize. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions to help make the process easy.
📍 Where Do I Pick Up My Prize?
Prizes can be picked up at our office:

Pickup Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
No weekend pickups available.
If you’re unable to come during these hours, please contact our Promotions Coordinator, Taya, at 702-250-3007 to schedule an appointment.
⏳ How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
You have 10 business days from the time our Promotions team notifies you that your prize is ready.
👥 Can Someone Pick Up My Prize for Me?
Yes, someone else may pick up your prize with the following:
- A printed copy of your photo ID
- A signed note from you granting permission
- The pickup person must be 18+ and show their own photo ID
We may also call you to verify their name as an added security measure.
📝 Do I Need to Fill Out Any Forms?
Yes. Winners will receive an email from KKLZ@yourfavoritestation.com (96.3 KKLZ).
You’ll need to complete two virtual forms:
- Winner Release Form – Confirms acceptance of your prize
- W-9 Form – Required if your total winnings exceed $600 in a calendar year
🪪 What Should I Bring With Me?
A valid photo ID is required when picking up your prize.
📦 When Will My Prize Be Ready?
Prize availability varies. The day after you win, our Promotions team will reach out with details.
- If your prize is ready immediately, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or redemption.
- If it’s not yet available, we’ll contact you with updates.

🎫 What If My Prize Is Mobile Tickets?
You’ll receive an email or call with instructions on how to access your mobile tickets.
📅 What If My Show Is Postponed or Canceled?
- Postponed: We’ll let you know if your current tickets are valid or if updated ones are needed.
- Canceled: Unfortunately, we cannot replace tickets for canceled shows. We’ll update you as soon as possible.
🧾 What If I Don’t Want Mobile Tickets?
Unfortunately, ticket type is determined by the venue, and most now only issue mobile tickets. We cannot provide paper/physical alternatives.
🎁 How Often Can I Win?
Unless otherwise noted:
- You can only win once per contest
🌍 Do I Have to Live in Las Vegas to Win?
Yes. Contests are open to legal residents of Clark County, NV who are 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.
