What's That In There?
Adults with children no doubt need some kind of relief while following or ushering their children around the huge park. So, what do the parents or adults do? They sneak in their own alcohol. Now Disneyland doesn't serve alcohol in their park for a reason, expect at a few select places. They want the least amount of issues and problems during the day. If they were to serve alcohol in the park, you can just imagine a bar filled with adults looking to relax. But we all know that can go south real fast if not monitored.
Adults and parents have been sneaking in alcohol for a while. The security and staff do check bags, but if they don't see any type of contraband, they let them in. So, they can get the crowd moving without holding up the line too much. Well things are changing.
According to Inside The Magic, Disneyland in Anaheim, California are being more diligent in their bag searches. Parents with children are hiding alcohol in chip bags and other items. Now, security is checking bags and double checking to see if contraband is placed within them. No more using your kids snacks and bags to hide adult beverages.
Recently someone posted on Reddit about an incident where guests tried to sneak alcohol into the Disney park. When it was found, security confiscated the alcohol and the guests were not allowed in the park. Others said the guests were banned from all Disney parks.
How Do You Get Yourself A Beer Or Drink?
Disney does not allow alcohol to be brought in to any of their parks or properties. The parks do actually sell alcohol though. Not all, but some of them do sell drinks. Sometimes, these drinks compliment the theme they're going with at the moment. Some locations just sell specialty drinks on a regular basis. But, the guests are monitored to make sure it's not being abused or people act belligerent.
When you spend the money to go to a Disney property, it's probably best you just follow the rules and guidelines they have. To lose out on all that money because you want a drink is probably not worth it.

7 Reasons You Must Visit Disneyland In 2023
Well by now you've probably heard the news. You've probably told your neighbors. And your family... your friends... your family's friends and your friends' families.
96.3 KKLZ IS GIVING AWAY DISNEYLAND TICKETS!!!
No, it's not the first time we've done this. And it won't be the last. But this time is special because Disneyland is celebrating Disney's 100th anniversary this year. And they've got quite the party planned! They're introducing special new features. They've added new rides. And they're bringing back some old time favorites.
It's hard to believe Walt Disney Studios has been around for a full century. But it's true. While Disneyland itself didn't come around until 1955, Walt Disney Studios has been bringing us magic since October 16, 1923, when they signed the contract for their first cartoon series. Of course, back then it was known as Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio (waltdisneycompany.com).
You may have noticed I just said Disney "Brothers". Not a typo. The company was co-owned by Walt Disney and his brother, Roy. Their first ever project was a series of cartoons based on Alice from Alice in Wonderland. A simple single project from an unknown man in Kansas City. That blew up into the biggest entertainment empire in world history. The Disney company owns theme parks all over the planet. Cruise lines and retail stores. Hulu, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Searchlight, ABC, Freeform, FX...the list just keeps going on and on.
It's safe to say that in their first 100 years, The Walt Disney Company has pretty much taken over the globe. And they're not holding back when it comes to celebrating their century of success. For their 100th anniversary, they are planning their biggest event to date. It's definitely not something to miss. Here are a few things you can look forward to at the Disney100 celebration this year. WHEN you win tickets (just putting that out there into the universe for you). - Wendy
