Soon Your Fortunes Will Be Told By AI

AI or artificial intelligence is becoming more or a reality and soon will be coming after your jobs! In fact it’s about to take over the fortune cookie business!

A company that writes the fortunes for fortune cookies is turning to AI and ChatGPT to create your fortunes! For centuries, yes, centuries, fortune cookies would give you your fortune on that tiny piece of paper. The fortunes on them would be very vague but mysterious. People loved them! Because of the way they’re written, it can’t be done by just anyone. It takes time and talent to come up with these. But soon that may not be an issue.

The company OpenFortune has started using AI to write theirs. Instead of minutes, hours, or even days to come up with a bunch of new fortunes to stuff into that sugar cookie, AI will create new fortunes in seconds!

Not all fortune cookie companies agree with this new system though. One company believes that using AI for things like this “is a sign that society is moving too fast.” And they may be right! So they’re sticking to the original method of actual people writing out new fortunes.

Depending on where your fortune came from, know that it possibly could have been written by AI and not by a witty and smart human!
