Zekensky aside from doing normal Presidential duties, led his country of Ukraine as it tried to hold off the Russian invasion since February of this year. He has played an important role in several victories in the war, which basically stopped Russia from advancing, allowing his country of Ukraine to retake territories originally taken over by Russia.
Aside from being President of Ukraine, he was a famous actor, even playing a President in one of the shows he starred in.
Time Magazine named him "Person of the Year" which was originally "Man of the Year" or "Woman of the Year" every year, since 1927!
