Kim And Ye (Kanye) Settle Divorce And One of Them Is Getting Paid
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West (Ye) have finally come to terms and agreements on their divorce. It’s taken this long, but both parties seem happy about the agreement. But one of them should be more happy than the other!
Both filed documents requesting approval of the terms that both of them have agreed on, which includes $200,000 a month of child support going to Kim! Both parents will have joint custody of their kids and no spousal support will be paid.
Kim requested that a judge declare both of them legally single, which was requested back in March. That would end the eight year marriage between the two. Even though both have to come to terms with the children and the child support, there’s still hearings needed to be done about property. That will start on December 14th.
As far as their four children, both will split their expenses for all kids, including private security and private schooling.
Both are going to pay their own debts and their settlements. As Ye sings about in his songs, they had pre-nuptial agreements.
The two started dating back in 2012 and within a year had their first child. And f you were at the SF Giants game, Ye proposed to Kim on the big screen at the ballpark. Both ended up getting married in May the following year.
Both parties filed for divorce in February of last year. No one knew about the split until Ye started to spiral out of control in public and on social media. He lashed out on Kim and her family. And also Kim’s new boyfriend at the time, Pete Davidson.
