A Las Vegas Local’s Secret: Where To Get The Juiciest, Most Tender Steaks
Sometimes, all you need is a juicy steak seasoned to perfection while enjoying the beautiful scenes of Las Vegas.
Personally, I love throwing a few cubes of butter into a sizzling cast-iron skillet. I’ll place garlic gloves, thyme and rosemary into the pan to sear those aromatics within the cast iron’s surface. Then, I’ll throw a well-marbled piece of ribeye into the skillet and start basting the steak with butter. I’ll spoon the sizzling butter onto the steak, which helps create a beautiful crust that has perfect snap while biting into that tender steak.
