Hands up - Who's going commando right now?

If you were a fan of the show Friends, you learned from Joey Tribbiani what commando was in the early 90's.

Have You Considered It?

When you're getting dressed,  do you ever consider just not wearing underwear? And seriously - how good does it feel to rip your undies off at the end of the day?

I imagine for men, it can be very freeing. But I wonder how many people actually live the commando lifestyle.

Apparently, if you never consider going without, you're in the minority.

Undies Or No Undies?

In a new poll from You Gov, 40% of people say they "never" go commando. 35% of people say they do it from time to time, if not always. Another 19% say they have gone without underwear, but "rarely."

Here's the fun, or funny - or maybe just surprising part. About 10% of people say they "often" go commando, and 7% of people said they "always" go commando!

Most people say they go back and forth. Hmm...

So Who Is Dropping Their Drawers?

The people more likely to go commando? That would be men under 45, living out West.

Not wearing underwear to sleep is very common. 19% of people say they "always" ditch the undies when they sleep, another 11% say they "often" do. 32% say "never."  They just sleep with their gems all bundled up.

It's All About Comfort:

Another question to consider: Is going commando acceptable?

For the most part, people were split on this one - fifty-fifty. Around 40% of people said it's "always" or "usually" acceptable. 40% of you said it was "always" or "usually" unacceptable. A flat no go on no underwear!

What it comes down to is comfort. What is comfortable to you might not be to someone else. Fre-ba***** to you - like Joey Tribbiani - might be the only way to go. Just no lunges, please. Here's a refresher on that episode of Friends.

For women, it's a little different - and probably an article for another day. So keep your big girl panties on!

Toilet Paper Might Be One Of Best Christmas Gifts Of All Time

Tis the season - to shop! It's holiday shopping season, so the age old question, once again: What do you buy for someone who has EVERYTHING?

We always try to think big, or unique. Well, why not think practical! Get them something practical that you know they'll use. It might not be sexy, and it might be downright boring - but I guarantee they will love it!

Years ago a friend of mine had a secret Santa/white elephant holiday party. You know how it works - everybody brings a gift and everybody leaves with a different gift. A lot of people go for the small packages or boxes - perhaps because of the old adage "big things come in small packages." My friend went for the huge, poorly wrapped package. She said it was one of the best gifts EVER - 48 rolls of toilet paper!!

Everyone thought it was hilarious, but she said "I've never come close to getting secret Santa gift as amazing and practical as that, and I have no idea why nobody tried to take it from me - unless they somehow knew I'd physically fight them over it, because I would have!"

There are things we need that sometimes we don't just don't want to buy - necessities, and "have to buys" are just no fun. We always need them, so maybe it's just nicer if someone else buys them for us once in a while, right? Saves us a little money, time, and yes - they're practical!

People online are talking about the most UNDERRATED Christmas gifts they've received, and would like themselves, and there's a lot of practical, useful stuff on it.

Here are some great - yet still very unique - gift ideas. Maybe try one at your secret Santa. And definitely make sure you pick the awkward looking gift!
